I was living in an apartment for a little over 2 years and it came time for my lease to be renewed. I had less than 3 months to decide exactly what I wanted to do. So I contacted Scott through a good friend that recommended him and I wasn't disappointed not only was he very informative he seemed  like he genuinely cared about where I ended up. When scouting houses he was always straight up with me and told me exactly what I was gonna get and what to expect when purchasing a certain house. When looking he was always on time. He was always willing to do whatever it took to look at as many houses as we could in a day. When negotiating he was always on top of it. He let me know the exact number they wanted and in turn let them know what I was willing to pay. I would recommend Scott any day of the week. He helped me out tremendously and in such short of time found me a home. I'm very appreciative of what he did and what he does on a day to day basis. He was very patient with my search. He offered advice when I asked. He never tried to push a house on me.   He was great. But I finally gave up. I waited a year.
